Washout #1

I'm a X-Men at Xavier's School, I left often, never really stayed at Xavier's, until now... I work for Weapon X as an agent; I used to work for X-Force, but my job there is done. All of a sudden I was replaced: Weapon X didn't need the great Washout anymore, so I called up Xavier and he welcomed me to stay at the mansion. I'm a hydromorpher and a hydrokinetic.
